The Appearance of Jesus Face

Updated on December 28, 2010

I came across these photos of Jesus face captured on ordinary things from toast, burritos, walls, and many more. You be suprise what people do if they had spotted the face of Jesus Christ. You guessed it, they sold it on ebay for thousands of dollars. Here are some of my favorite findings.

Found on a piece of fish stick

No, that is not from a burnt pizza crust, but actually fish-sticks. This was made by a man named Kingston's Fred Wan who had left the fish-sticks cooking for too long. Before he could take a bite of his supper, he noticed something that could fund many more boxes of ole' Captain Highliner's best. He saw the image of Jesus Christ on this burnt fish-stick. He kept in a freezer for three years before he decided to put it up for bid on Ebay. Unfortunately, Ebay denied this. Awwww!!!

Jesus on the foil of a cider bottle...

Taking a break from taxi driving from Darlington, a pub drinker stops at a local bar to take a piss. He then ordered a bottle of cider ( Why?). The waitress opened the bottle and served him the drink. When she placed the bottle down, the man had goosebumps. Staring back at him was the face of Christ himself?!

The mens gathered around his table to share this miracle and snapped a photo of the bottle before it was taken away. Strange, none of the other bottles that night had the face of Jesus.

I wonder what that waitress did with that bottle?

The Messiah of the Molars

When Jesus is not making appearances in people's food, he can oftend be found on their..um x-rays? A Phoenix, Arizona dentist was stunned when he developed his patient's x-ray. He found the face of Christ up above the pearly whites. The patient claims to be a devoted Christian, but that this was the first time his redeemer showed up on his dental x-rays. The reason for the visitation will remain a mystery as this man's dental checkup revealed no problems.

Great! You can keep those teeth!

Jesus on plaster?

This was a "Calling Bob Vila Jesus." The image was spotted by a Pittsburgh resident Jeffrey Rigo on June 11, 2005. This happened when he was just coming out of the shower one day stressing out in need for costly home repairs and the means to pay for them in one water-stained piece of plaster. He told reporters that when he got out of the shower and yelled "Jesus Christ!" His girlfriend asked him, "Oh my God what is it?!" He pointed and responded, "No, Jesus Christ! So he did the most logically thing. You guessed it, he cut out that piece of plaster with Christ image on it and placed it on E-bay. It was sold for $1,999.99!? You mean, they didn't want to pay $2,000.00 for another pennies worth?

The Jesus Pierogi

I thought this was a piece of a tortilla but no, its a pierogi, a tasty Polish dumpling that is boiled and then throw into a pan with butter. The woman who had done the cooking was positive that she saw the savior on the side of the pierogi. She wanted to share the revelation with others, until the family decided to put it on Ebay which scraped up $1,775.

Tailgate Jesus

A Laredo Texas man Julio Radillo pickup truck became a site of holy pilgrimage. He found the image of Christ on his truck with traces of dirt. Radillo was a believer and said that the appearance would remind people to strengthen their faith. Some believers would have a candle light gathering around this truck to take pictures and pray. It can also remind him that a run through the car wash every few months or so wouldn't be the end of the world. As far as I know, he didn't sell his truck.

The Jesus Couch

Sometimes Jesus needs to kick back and relax on his own birthday, which is Christmas. Jesus appeared in Las Vegas on a red-suede couch. The Myspace blog of one of the man who claims to have found the image: " I am no way religious or even moral nor do I pretend to be, yet I am telling you it was there on his couch where everyone can see it. I'm not saying that its some kind of miracle, or sign, or that my ass shaped like Jesus...Sure it's no doubt pattern recognition and the power of suggestion and a whole slew of other psychological nonsense but one thing is for sure the power of the Jesus couch cannot be denied."

There is a website posted for their faithful Jesus can be found at JesusCouch.com. Sadly it is no longer online. The Jesus Couch was placed on E-bay for such a high price. Doubt it was ever sold. He claims that "Hell if a grilled cheese sandwich can see for 25 grand and potato chips with the face of Abraham Lincoln can get thousands of dollar why not see the couch for trillions of dollars." If you asked me, he can forget it!

The Nazarene Gets his own Nebula

The Hubble Science Institute released this dazzling snap taken from an extremely high resolution camera. It was a photo of the Cone Nebula but some believers said it was full of stars and Jesus.

Rock Slide of Jesus Face

This occurred earthquake occurred in San Francisco at 455 Vallejo St. A 45-unit condominium complex sits precariously close to the edge of a cliff created by the slide. Reports had that there was a pile of rocks. Residents were evacuated. Chronicle photo by Paul Chinn

Jesus Crucifixion on a tree?

In the small town of Crystal city, Texas, resides the popula Popeye the Sailor Man resides here during the WWII. But now here comes a new resident coming up from the roots in a form of a tree. Why a tree? Who cares! It's Jesus! The 95% Hispanic population and mostly Catholic couldn't be more happier. The townspeople believed that he's here for a reason or a sign. There were many gifts and offerings placed by the tree including a photo of a girl who was bound to a wheelchair.

Jesus from the Dust

This was taken from an online auction. The owner had this framed picture of Jesus for years. He recently needed to use that frame for something else. As he took the frame apart, he noticed that the picture of Jesus was perfectly imprinted with dust on the glass. This can be a very rare and valuable item. Now, how can dust collect the right amount to form the whole feature? The framed was later in a care of an oak frame.

Jesus appears at church?!

A Christlike image appeared on the outside wall of a church in Bradenton, Fla. after a pressure washing in 2000. Hundreds of curious onlookers came to view the 15-high figure. I don't' think they want to wash that off...

Just for Laugh!

Funny how someone claims to have found a Christ like image on a dog's butt?! No, the owner would not sell his dog for that matter. But I wonder how much people would bid for this?Thought I saved the best for last.

So the next time you cook, clean, or left things the way they are, you might come across the face of Jesus Christ!? You could be sitting on it too...Ha! made you get up!

What would you do if you saw the face of Jesus on something?
